Each spring the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences (ACES) recognizes the contributions of its faculty, staff, and graduate students through the College of ACES Paul A. Funk Recognition Awards. These awards, presented at an evening banquet, honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements or exceptional service to the college.
We are very pleased to announce that five members of HDFS will be the recipients of College of ACES awards in 2017.
Dr. Robert Hughes, Jr. will receive the Karl E. Gardner Outstanding Undergraduate Advisor Award. Dr. Jennifer Hardesty will receive the Senior Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching. Darcy Meents will receive the Professional Staff Award for Sustained Excellence - Administrative/Management. Jaci Saltzman will receive the Graduate Student Research Award – Ph.D. and Sarai Coba-Rodriguez will receive the Louis V. Logeman Graduate Student Teaching Award.
